The primary responsibility of Board of Direcors is to ensure that Pros management is performing its job correctly. These are the group of people who make major decisions regarding the conduct of the club's activities. Directors have a duty to manage the affairs of the club in a prudent mannerand are responsible for policy and overall direction of the organization.
